Costanoa Commons Farms is a place where people with and without disabilities can participate in their urban community farm, taking care of plants and animals, and creating friendships with one another that sustain everyone.

Their October 6th Farm Fest will have live music, farm tours, face painting, family activities, farm stand products, pocket neighborhood tours, art projects in the creativity barn, and local food and drink! This event is free
