Firehouse Square is the cost effective choice, offering free transit passes upon move-in, an extremely low move-in fee, and rents much lower than other communities in the area. Firehouse Square will have 33 Project Based Section 8 units to be filled by the Housing Authority of San Mateo. 8 of the 33 Project Based Section 8 units will have a preference for individual with disabilities that need the specialized supportive services offered by the property.
