HOUSING COORDINATORS
Our Housing Coordinators work at our offices to guide residents through the intake process and sign them up for housing waiting lists. They offer support during the signing and move-in process, and provide valuable assistance during housing interviews. With their patient approach, they make the transition to a new home stress-free. Their mission is to move people into housing and make safe and affordable housing a reality for all.
RESIDENT COORDINATORS
At Housing Choices, our resident coordinators work at partner properties to manage relationships between residents and property managers. Their mission is to help residents retain housing, by providing exceptional support and service. They strive to build long-lasting relationships through compassion and provide clients access to resources for success.
HOMELESS CASE MANAGERS
Homeless Case Managers work closely with urgent households in need of stable housing. They provide expert knowledge and invaluable assistance during the transition to more stable housing. With their unwavering commitment, they stabilize urgent situations and help move people into safe and secure homes.
HOMELESSNESS PREVENTION SYSTEM COORDINATORS
Our friendly Homeless Prevention System Coordinators specialize in enrolling families in our short-term emergency rental assistance program. They provide invaluable support to those facing the risk of losing their housing due to temporary inability to pay rent.
