Mitchell Park Place will be a new affordable community that is currently under construction in Palo Alto, CA. The property is expected to open in the Fall of 2025 and will be managed by Eden Housing. This community will offer 50 new and affordable units to households between 30% - 60% AMI in Santa Clara County.

Out of these 50 units:

• 25 units have been set aside for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who require supportive services from SARC and Housing Choices in order to live independently in community rental housing and will also be Project-based Vouchers.

  • A Project-based Voucher means that the tenant’s share of the rent is limited to 30% of the household's income, and the Housing Authority pays the difference.
