Creating inclusive housing requires cross sectional collaboration, persistence, and strong advocacy. In this webinar, Housing Choices will explore how advocates help advance affordable housing developments for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Participants will learn about the inclusive housing set-aside model, when advocacy is most needed during housing development, elements of a public comment, mobilization, and lessons from projects like Mary Avenue Villas in Cupertino.
