We’re partnering with Charities Housing to help create Cleveland Commons, a 92-unit affordable housing development coming to Campbell that will include designated homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Recently approved by the Board of Supervisors through Permanent Local Housing Allocation Consortium funds, Cleveland Commons will serve unhoused veterans, low-income families, and residents with disabilities — making it one of the first projects in Campbell’s District 4 to intentionally include housing for the IDD community. Located at 60 W. Hamilton Ave., it’s a partnership between Charities Housing, the County Office of Supportive Housing, Housing Choices, and the City of Campbell.
